This #GivingTuesday, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will Match Your Donation to CureDuchenne

Today, November 28, join CureDuchenne for #GivingTuesday, the global giving day that connects millions of people together to support and champion the causes they believe in by donating and fundraising on their behalf.

Following the Thanksgiving holiday and the kickoff of the holiday shopping season, #GivingTuesday is meant to inspire people to give back to charities like CureDuchenne, a nonprofit that raises awareness and funds research to find a cure for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

This year, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is matching up to $2 million of funds raised on Facebook for U.S. nonprofits! In addition, Facebook is waiving all fees for donations made to nonprofits on Facebook this #GivingTuesday.

3. Facebook and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will match all proceeds up to $50,000
